The purpose of the Winter 2022 Study Update is to share and explain information included in the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) recently released Notice of Intent (NOI) document for the Bowers Hill Interchange Improvements Study and also to provide an opportunity for public comments.

The Bowers Hill Interchange Improvements Study covers the junction of I-664, I-64, I-264, US Route 13, US Route 58, US Route 460 and VA Route 191 (Jolliff Road), as well as seven miles of I-664 to the College Drive interchange.
